Therapies
There are many different therapies available. Many of them can be used individually to great effect, although they can all be combined and used to compliment each other.
A brief description of many of the therapies offered by our members is given below.
Psychotherapy Psychotherapy is all about exploring, understanding, healing and moving on from past traumatic events which have been buried in your unconscious, and which affect the way we act and behave now.
This is a talking therapy that enables you to look at ways of behaviour and thinking now and draw links with similar events, remembered or not, in your past. With the greater understanding that this brings, you will be able to take more control over your life and enjoy the calming serenity that this brings. This will help you confront those everyday fears and deal with situations that you find difficult and uncomfortable.
