Therapies
There are many different therapies available. Many of them can be used individually to great effect, although they can all be combined and used to compliment each other.
A brief description of many of the therapies offered by our members is given below.
Emotional Freedom Technique This therapy 'taps' the body's 365 acupressure points to aid restoration of the body's energy flow. The technique was revised by a personal development coach called Gary Craig, who only used 11 of these points. It is this routine that is used by many of the worlds 3,000+ EFT practitioners.
EFT practitioners describe their therapy as an 'emotional form of acupuncture'. A client is assisted in tuning in to their problem; the practitioner will then use fingertips to tap a map of points, and a series of affirmations to bring about balance. The technique is said to aid many conditions from Anxiety and stress, to phobias, compulsions and pain.
